Marinated lamb-kebabs with Cannellini beans and olives

Marinating this lamb in a yoghurt mix makes it soft and tender and very tasty. Olives, rosemary and garlic add wonderful Mediterranean flavors to this dish.

Asian salmon-burger with crispy brown rice

Another one of the 1.000 ways to make nice dishes with salmon. I used fresh salmon for this one. You can use canned salmon, but it’s just not the same. The crispy brown rice with some red lentils in it goes great with this healthy and very tasty burger.

Beets and Avocado with Watercress-'Pestogrette'

Well, it started with the base for a watercress pesto (oil, garlic, handful of pine-nuts, salt & pepper) but then I felt there was some acidity missing, so I continued with red-wine vinegar and a tiny bit of Dijon. Pork tenderloin with polenta and swiss chard

I’m not all that big on pork, but a nicely prepared tenderloin can we very tasty. This one has been marinated with sage and garlic and was absolutely delicious.

Mahi grilled in banana leaf with lentil-mash

I understand that not everyone happens to have a banana plantation in the yard. We are lucky to live in an area where banana plants grow like weed. However, there are alternatives to growing your own: You can either try to find them in a local asian store, order them online, or skip them altogether and make a parchment-paper oven baked variation of this dish.
