Sunday breakfast: Scrambled eggs with graved lax, blueberry yoghurt & mint

Making “graved lax” is a on old tradition you will find all over Scandinavia. Salmon is cured with salt, sugar, cracked peppercorns, cracked juniper berries and fresh dill. After refrigerating for at least 2 days the salmon is sliced very thin and traditionally served with a special mustard-dill sauce.
