Pork tenderloin with polenta and swiss chard

I’m not all that big on pork, but a nicely prepared tenderloin can we very tasty. This one has been marinated with sage and garlic and was absolutely delicious.

Polenta fries with lemon zest and herbs

This one is a bit of a procedure, but it’s worth it! These fries go fantastic with grilled meats and fish.
