Grilled flank steak with Dan's Chimichurri

My friend Dan makes a “Chimi” to die for! This beautiful sauce and marinade originated in Argentina and Uruguay but is used in many Latin American cuisines. It is the perfect company for a nice grilled piece of meat.

Grilled steak with beets and roasted onions

A hearty dinner with beef and root vegetable. Red beets are absolutely delicious when grilled or roasted in the oven. I used flank steak for this recipe but it works just as well with a New York strip or a rib-eye.
